Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Items including (but not limited to) embroidery digitizing files, custom laser engraving, personalized products, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or the digital file has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at casey46@roadrunner.com. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, sizes, addresses)
- Normal wear and tear or misuse
